Salus is committed to maintaining effective procedures for the receiving and handling of customer complaints. We take all complaints seriously and want to assure all our clients that any queries will be addressed in a timely and appropriate manner.
To ensure a prompt response and resolution to your query, we have appointed our Chief Operating Officer as our complaints manager. We endeavour to acknowledge all customer complaints within one (1) business day and advise about the investigation and next steps.
